Please join me in congratulating Keith Hogg on his promotion to National Service Manager for Premier Care in Bathing. In his new position Keith will be responsible for warranty and after sales service in the USA and Canada. This new management position further strengthens our commitment to providing stunning levels of service to our customers across North America and should ensure we provide a faster and more consistent quality level of aftercare service. In his new role Keith will have 15 Field Service Managers under his direction across North America.
The business goal of creating this new national department is to provide enhanced levels of customer service, reduce remedial service costs and provide feedback to the Operations team to improve install quality.
