The arrangement will honor and support a veteran chosen through the AMVETS organization, who will receive a donation from Premier of a bath re-model, including an installation of a walk-in bath, or easy access shower.

The alliance will benefit an individual who may need assistance in bathing and will help him or her regain a sense of security navigating the bathroom.  The Company will also sponsor the veteran’s attendance at the upcoming AMVETS 68^th Annual National Convention, in Daytona Beach, Fla., where Premier is hosting a VIP reception at the National Commander’s Banquet.

Mayor of South Daytona comes to Premier Care to meet with CEO Iain Whyte

South Daytona, FL- March 6, 2012:  Premier Care in Bathing, the market leader in Walk-in Bathtubs for the boomer and senior market, announced the opening of a 5000 sq. ft. office expansion and showroom that will meet the needs of the growing business and showcase Premier Care in Bathing’s product line for specialty Walk-in Baths, Easy Access Showers and accessories.   The Mayor, George Locke, of South Daytona attended the grand opening on March 6^th to officially launch the new facilities.

The expansion of Premier Care in Bathing’s corporate headquarters in South Daytona includes expanded call center, new marketing staff offices, training room and a new cafeteria to provide a relaxing and functional staff environment.  Premier Care in Bathing estimates this expansion and the continued growth in the business will create up to 20 new jobs for the local market.

Premier Care New Installation Vehicles Bring Improved Customer Service

These state of the art vehicles will support Premier Care’s installation team throughout North America with technical assistance and parts support and play a key part in their customer service team.

This helps ensure that the company meets their stringent Premier Care Promise, which fully guarantees both products and workmanship is right the first time and meets the ongoing needs of the customer. “This investment is a further commitment to our customers to ensure that our nationwide network of installers has the best in class operational support in the industry to provide professional installation and customer service,” said Iain J. Premier Care in Bathing has multiple Operational Support Centers throughout USA and Canada and the new service support vehicles and teams will be upgraded across North America in the coming year.

The Arthritis Society started the Arthritis Friendly Products program to encourage manufacturers to design their products and packaging to be easy to use, comfortable and effective for their users. In order for a product to be deemed ‘Arthritis Friendly’, it must first undergo an application and review process. Manufacturers submit their product(s) for testing to an independent lab, Georgia Tech Applied Research Corporation, who are experienced in testing the design and evaluating products for people with functional limitations due to the effects of arthritis.

Following the review, a report outlining the results is provided to The Arthritis Society. A “favourable review” indicates that the product(s) have received positive ratings on all criteria and appear to be easy to use by people with arthritis. Upon receiving a favourable review, the manufacturer of the product is eligible to apply for participation as a partner in The Arthritis Society’s ‘Arthritis Friendly’ program.  Once accepted, the partners are approved to use an “Arthritis Friendly” logo on these products.

All Premier Care In Bathing employees showed up to work wearing all blue in support of the event. The entire office was also transformed into the color blue. Every Premier Care In Bathing employee in U.S. and in Canada signed a custom made banner saying “We Do The Blue.”

The banner and a framed company-wide photograph of the entire Premier Care staff in all blue was sent to their strategic partners, The Arthritis Foundation and The Arthritis Society, along with company matched donations to each organization.
